Carhartt is a family-owned American company founded in '89 by Hamilton Carhartt, based in Dearborn, Michigan. Carhartt started out making clothing for the railroad workers but it evolved into a mainstream brand due to it's research into extending materials durability, use of heavy duty threads, flame-resistant fabrics and more. Nowadays Carhartt WIP (founded in '94) is a staple of streetwear and pop culture. The iconic Carhartt WIP logo represents durability and quality.
Part of the Chase Program which focuses on jersey-based staples, the Chase Sweat Pant is constructed from heavyweight, cotton-poly fabric, and has been brushed to give it a fleece-like backing. The garment has a loose fit, and is detailed with a crotch insert, an adjustable waistband and elasticated cuffs. An embroidered Carhartt WIP 'C' Logo appears on the left sleeve.
